2. Scope & Definitions

These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries of digital services including:

3. Services & Delivery

3.1 E-Learning (Immediate Delivery)

After successful payment, customers receive instant access to digital products through:

3.2 Project-Based Services

Orders are acknowledged within 1 business day and delivered according to the agreed timeline.

Where contractually agreed, post-payment (invoice after milestones or completion) may be available for services.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is generally required before delivery, except where explicitly agreed for project-based services.

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy for EEA consumers on online purchases, including digital products that may have already been accessed or used.

5.3 Statutory Exceptions

For services that have already begun:

  • We generally provide a full refund within 14 days

  • If substantial bespoke work has already been completed, a customer-friendly pro-rata solution may be offered.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are fast and fee-free and processed within 14 days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6.1 Bancontact Payments

Bancontact refunds can be technically processed up to 365 days after the original transaction.

Bancontact does not offer chargebacks, so customers should contact us directly for resolution.

We will arrange either:

  • A refund, or

  • A re-delivery of the product/service.

Our refund policy is designed to exceed minimum legal requirements and reduce customer risk.

7. User Accounts & Fair Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users agree not to:
